PrimeIPTVus provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription services that allow users to stream live television channels, video-on-demand content, and catch-up TV over the internet. Our service plans include:

• Starter Plan: $14.99/month — 1 device, 20,000+ channels, 4K/HD streaming.
• Silver Plan: $49.99/6 months — 2 devices, all Starter features plus Anti-Freeze 5.0 and VOD.
• Gold Plan: $79.99/12 months — 4 devices, all features, VIP priority support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or plan at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account & Subscription

Upon purchase, you will receive IPTV credentials (username, password, and M3U/Xtream URL) via the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

Each subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing credentials with individuals outside your household is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute your subscription credentials to third parties.
• Use the service for commercial broadcasting or public display.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our service.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed at the time of purchase via WhatsApp arrangement with our team. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount.

• Subscriptions are non-recurring unless you manually renew.
• We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Prices are subject to change; existing subscriptions will not be affected mid-term.
• Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on primeiptvus.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of PrimeIPTVus and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

The streaming content delivered through our service is provided by third-party content providers. PrimeIPTVus does not claim ownership of such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
• The quality of any content or service will meet your expectations.
• Any errors in the service will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

We make every effort to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., ISP outages, force majeure events).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeIPTVus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
